1. Terms and Conditions

By accessing or using the CPK Jewellery website or web application, users agree to comply with all the terms outlined in this document. The website must only be used for lawful purposes. Any misuse, fraudulent activity, or attempt to disrupt the website is strictly prohibited.

Product images, weights, and descriptions are displayed as accurately as possible. Minor variations may occur due to lighting, display screens, or handcrafted jewellery design differences.

Prices of jewellery items may change based on gold and silver market fluctuations without prior notice.

2. User Accounts

Users may create accounts to place orders, track purchases, and participate in savings schemes. Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account login credentials. CPK Jewellery reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts involved in suspicious or fraudulent activities.

3. Pricing and Payment

All product prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR). Payments may be made using Credit Cards, Debit Cards, Net Banking, UPI, and Digital Wallets.

Transactions are processed through secure payment gateways. CPK Jewellery does not store sensitive card details. Orders are confirmed only after successful payment authorization.

4. Shipping Policy

Orders are generally processed within 1–3 business days. Delivery timelines within India usually range from 3–7 business days depending on courier service and location. Customers will receive tracking information once the order has been dispatched.

5. Return and Refund Policy

Products may be eligible for return or exchange within 7 days from delivery provided they are unused and in original packaging.

Customized jewellery or engraved products may not be eligible for return unless there is a manufacturing defect. Refunds will be processed after product inspection and approval.

6. Silver Savings Scheme (11+1 Months)

CPK Jewellery offers a Silver Savings Scheme where customers contribute monthly installments for 11 consecutive months.

• Customers must pay the monthly installment for 11 months.
• On successful completion of 11 months, CPK Jewellery will add 1 bonus installment (11+1 scheme).
• The total accumulated amount can be redeemed for silver jewellery or products available at the store or website.
• Missing installments may lead to cancellation or modification of scheme benefits at the discretion of CPK Jewellery.
• The scheme benefits are subject to applicable market rates and store policies at the time of redemption.

7. Lucky Draw Scheme

CPK Jewellery may conduct promotional lucky draw schemes for registered users.

• A minimum of 50 members must participate for the lucky draw to be conducted.
• Each eligible user can win the lucky draw only once.
• The winner will receive a reward of ₹1000.
• Winners will be selected through a random selection process.
• The company reserves the right to modify or cancel the scheme if required.

8. Intellectual Property

All logos, designs, images, text, and product content displayed on the CPK Jewellery website are the intellectual property of the company. Unauthorized copying or reproduction is prohibited.

9. Limitation of Liability

CPK Jewellery shall not be liable for any indirect damages arising from website use, courier delays, or payment gateway issues beyond company control.
